Collateral

Collateral is not required for LingoPod rewards. However, if you choose to deposit collateral, you can receive different levels of rewards:

1. Option 1: No Collateral

   • Reward: 25% reward

   • Description: Miners can start mining without depositing any collateral. If there is no collateral, it will be counted as 0.25 work efficiency to receive the rewards.

2. Option 2: 8993000 LINGO Collateral

   • Reward: Full reward

   • Description: Participants can choose to deposit 8993000 LINGO as collateral for one LingoPod. This will allow them to earn full reward for their efforts. The collateral can be withdrawn anytime after 30 days since the deposit, then the participant will be automatically switch back to Option 1.

Assuming a benchmark of 1,000 people and calculating based on the full reward, the total release in the first year will be 8,993,000 tokens. Each person will receive an average of 1,528,810 tokens. The annualized yield for each year will be 17%.
